Customer Service Representative

Job description

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with a positive, calm and professional attitude. As a Customer Service Representative you will be managing customer queries and complaints in-person, telephonic calls and online platforms. You will be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you must have experience working with computers and different social media platforms.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Always maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Communication with customers through various channels.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Booking appointments and making necessary arrangements for the customers.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Having knowledge and constantly learning about our products and services to be able to explain our range of products to customers.
  • Keeping records of daily customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating with the team and other departments using proper channels of communication.
  • Should be a good team player.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have minimum of two years of work experience in the field of Customer Service or equivalent
  • Must provide Work Experience Certificate
  • Must have a valid Qatar ID
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Preferably Bilingual (English\ Arabic)
  • Required intermediate computer and office skills
  • Should be flexible and be able to work in different shifts (Including Midnight shifts)
  • Must be proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Must be compassionate towards animals
  • Should be able to join immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
