Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: College Road, Lahore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PKT (Night Shift)

Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring high-quality service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Identify customer concerns, determine root causes, and provide appropriate solutions with follow-up
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system
  • Process orders, applications, forms, and service requests accurately
  • Follow company communication standards, policies, and service guidelines
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant internal departments
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes
  • Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies
  • Maintain a courteous, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Prior experience in customer support or client service roles preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
