Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring high-quality service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
Identify customer concerns, determine root causes, and provide appropriate solutions with follow-up
Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system
Process orders, applications, forms, and service requests accurately
Follow company communication standards, policies, and service guidelines
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant internal departments
Provide feedback to improve customer service processes
Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies
Maintain a courteous, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Prior experience in customer support or client service roles preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening
Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
