Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a hospitality driven approach
- Communicate confidently and professionally in Arabic & English
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently
- Represent the organization with a polished and professional appearance
- Maintain accurate records and comply with operational procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Saudi National (Male or Female)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and excellent etiquette
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Immediate availability is an advantage
- Fluent English is mandatory (spoken and written)
