Customer Service Representative

Pipeline and Tank Constructions SPC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding construction projects, service inquiries, and documentation requests. This role is responsible for managing client communications, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring timely responses to customer needs. The position reports to the Operations Manager or Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding project status, service requests, and general information
• Process customer orders for materials, spare parts, or service appointments as required
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to obtain updates for clients
• Prepare and distribute project-related documents, including invoices, delivery notes, and service reports
• Maintain accurate client records and update contact information in the company database
• Schedule appointments and meetings between clients and project or sales teams
• Assist with tracking project milestones and communicating progress updates to clients
• Resolve routine client concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager
• Support the preparation of quotations and proposals in coordination with the sales team
• Maintain organized filing systems for client correspondence and project documentation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or customer service is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach
• Basic understanding of construction or industrial terminology is helpful but not required

Pay and Benefits:

• Salary range: 1000 OMR - 1200 OMR
• Visa,health insurance, annual leave, transportation
