Customer Support Representative

Job Summary

CatDogMail Pet Supplies & E-Commerce Ltd. is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team in Muscat. The successful candidate will assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information, ensuring a positive and engaging customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in e-commerce and have a passion for pets.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Provide accurate information about pet products, orders, and services
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Assist with order tracking, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for order fulfillment
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements / Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
• Interest in pets and pet care is an advantage
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Must be based in Oman or willing to relocate

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: OMR 350 – OMR 600 per month (depending on experience)
