Occupational Training Institute LLC. is looking for a confident and service‑driven Receptionist / Sales Executive to support front‑desk operations and client engagement at its training centers in Muscat.

This role is suited to someone who takes pride in being the first point of contact, communicates clearly and professionally in English, and supports training enquiries and enrolments in a structured, service‑oriented environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Represent the training center at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Managing calls, emails, walk‑in enquiries, and visitor coordination.
  • Provide clear and accurate information on training courses, schedules, and fees.
  • Support enquiry handling and enrolment coordination.
  • Coordinate with training and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and attendance information.
  • Upholding OTI's service standards and professional environment.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in reception, customer service, or sales support roles.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) mandatory.
  • Professional, organized, and customer‑focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage .
