Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are urgently seeking a confident and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative with a strong UK or US accent in English. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries professionally, provide accurate product/service information, and ensure an excellent customer experience. This role may also involve basic sales support and customer follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English (UK/US accent required)
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Support basic sales and lead follow-ups when required

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English with a UK or US accent (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customers professionally and calmly
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus
