Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: College Road, Lahore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PKT (Night Shift)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The selected candidate will serve as the main point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a positive overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries promptly through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions
  • Analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions with proper follow-up
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system
  • Process orders, applications, forms, and service requests with precision
  • Adhere to company policies, communication standards, and service procedures
  • Escalate complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate departments
  • Suggest improvements to enhance customer service processes
  • Manage returns and exchanges in line with company guidelines
  • Uphold a professional, courteous, and empathetic approach in all interactions

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • Previous experience in customer service or client support is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone etiquette
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
