Most customer service roles in Karachi put you on a campaign. You learn the product, you build confidence on the calls, and then the campaign ends — and you start over somewhere else with a different script and a different product. Three years in, you have experience with twelve companies and expertise with none of them.

ABS International has been running the same US-facing customer operations from Karachi since 2012. The customers you speak to this month are the same customers this team has been serving for years. There is no campaign ending. There is no new script waiting to replace the one you just learned.

The work

Inbound and outbound calls with US customers — handling inquiries, resolving service issues, managing account concerns, and identifying retention and upsell opportunities within existing relationships. You are not cold calling. You are managing live relationships with customers who already know the business. Your job is to make sure every conversation ends with the customer's problem solved and their confidence in ABS intact.

The calls are in English. The customers are American. The standard is professional, natural, and calm under pressure — not scripted.

What you need

Six months minimum of US-facing customer service, inbound support, or international call center experience. English that holds naturally on a live call with an American customer — not rehearsed, not accented beyond comfortable comprehension, not dependent on a script to fill silence. The ability to shift between service and sales mindset within the same conversation.

Two shift windows available — 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. Two branch locations — Gulistan-e-Johar and Gulshan-e-Iqbal. Both are on-site. Your screening response tells us which fits your situation.

What you earn

PKR 40,000–55,000 guaranteed base, paid on time every month. ABS has not missed a payroll since 2012. Monthly performance incentives based on customer satisfaction scores and call resolution targets — consistent performers earn PKR 15,000–25,000 on top of base monthly. Annual increment based on performance.
