Job Summary:
This is a full-time on-site Customer Escalation Specialist/Customer Service Representative role located in Dubai at Battmobile. The Conflict Resolution Specialist will be responsible for managing and resolving conflicts between customers, technicians, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.
