Customer Service Representative

We are looking for motivated professionals to join our team as Customer Service Representative. In this role, you aren’t just providing customer service—you are becoming a technical subject matter expert, helping investors navigate their financial journeys.

  • On-Site: Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday.
  • Remote: Monday & Friday.


Schedule Details:

  • Training Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Post-Training Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for investors via inbound calls.
  • Execute monetary transactions and resolve account inquiries.
  • Use a consultative approach to guide clients toward the best investment solutions.
  • Collaborate with a small, motivated team to drive process improvements.
