Duties
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer applications to manage customer information efficiently.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills while interacting with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
- Call center experience is a plus, especially in handling high-volume calls.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance our service capabilities.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is beneficial for roles that may involve transactions.
