We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our Call Center Team.

Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing professional, friendly, and efficient support to our customers and technicians. This role involves answering inquiries, scheduling services, processing payments, assisting with product information, and ensuring each customer has a positive experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer, direct, and document incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and schedule appointments for services and technicians.
  • Assist customers with service questions, scheduling, payments, and product information.
  • Provide accurate information on pest control products, including DIY store items, and assist in sales.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure proper procedures are followed.
  • Support technicians with account questions, scheduling, and service setups.
  • Engage in outbound calls to follow up with clients and gather feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general computer skills.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude, strong problem-solving ability, and commitment to providing high-quality service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
