Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
- Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or promote additional services when appropriate.
- Assist clients with account management, order processing, and troubleshooting issues using Microsoft Office tools and internal databases.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback through data entry and CRM systems.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear and positive interactions.
- Support client services by resolving complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary, and ensuring customer satisfaction is prioritized.
Qualifications
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities for additional service offerings.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one other language is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills are required.
- Experience with data entry, analysis skills, cash handling, and typing are valuable assets.
