Job Description

As a CSR, you will be responsible for assisting clients, handling policy requests, and promoting insurance products while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers professionally
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, renewals, and cross-selling
• Process policy changes and customer requests
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Provide personalized solutions based on client needs
• Promote and upsell insurance products
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Work closely with team members and insurance carriers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
• Previous experience in insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Insurance license 440 or 220
• Reliable transportation
