Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
Meneses Law is an Immigration Law Firm seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, and has experience supporting customer inquiries.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.

- Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.
Required Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant data tools.
- Excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to type 45 WPM or more.
- English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Proper phone etiquette
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Education and Experience:
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 1 year of Office Experience.
Physical Demands:
This position involves regular walking, standing sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.- Occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching
- May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time.
- Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
- The ability to move and lift items up to10 pounds.
