Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support with empathy and professionalism

Requirements

• Educated: Minimum Intermediate (Graduates preferred)
• Experienced: At least 6 months in call center (international exposure is a strong plus)
• Excellent communicator: Who is customer centric, patient, solution-oriented and emotionally intelligent.
