Job Title: Patient Support Specialist (Calling Role)

About Us:
Edsavvy Solutions is a Lahore-based medical billing company providing services to clients in the United States. We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Patient Support Specialists.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and/or inbound calls with patients and clients
  • Provide accurate information and support in a professional manner
  • Maintain clear communication with US-based clients
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in an American or British accent
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • Willingness to work in the night shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
  • Prior experience in a calling role or customer support will be an advantage
  • Female candidates are encouraged to apply
