Customer Service Representative

Job Summary -
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in a collaborative, small-company environment. This role involves supporting customers with parts inquiries, order coordination, and product-related questions for physical products.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a manufacturing or product-based setting, with a strong ability to manage customer interactions from inquiry through resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently
  • Assist customers with parts inquiries, pricing, availability, and order status
  • Prepare and send accurate parts quotations
  • Process customer orders and update records in CRM/ERP systems
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions and transactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution
  • Help customers identify and purchase appropriate replacement parts
  • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure complete resolution

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer support, account management, or similar role
  • Experience working with physical products (manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or equipment)
  • Prior experience in a small company or team-oriented environment (non-call center)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and task ownership skills
  • Proven job stability and consistent performance

Technical Requirements:

  • Experience using CRM, ERP, or order management systems
  • Ability to clearly explain daily usage of systems (order entry, tracking, documentation, customer follow-ups)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
