Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)

Location: College Road, Lahore
Shift: Night Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT)

About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The selected candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and in-person interactions in a courteous and professional manner
  • Understand customer concerns, identify underlying issues, and provide timely and effective resolutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer interaction records within the CRM system
  • Process orders, applications, service requests, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Adhere to company policies, communication guidelines, and customer service procedures
  • Escalate complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Suggest improvements and ideas to enhance customer support processes and overall service quality
  • Ensure every customer interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first approach

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • Previous experience in customer service or customer support will be an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone etiquette
  • Familiarity with CRM software or customer support tools is a plus
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities
  • Effective problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
