Customer Service Representative (CSR)

About the Role:
We are looking for a sharp, confident, and presentable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, possess strong communication skills, and be able to handle clients professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and messages.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries promptly.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center or office-based preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be presentable, confident, and quick learner.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling, etc.).
