Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and prior IT experience. This role requires someone who can effectively handle customer inquiries, provide technical support, and contribute to sales growth through outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Identify sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products when appropriate
  • Provide basic IT/technical support and troubleshoot customer issues
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales (retail, telesales, or inside sales preferred)
  • Prior IT experience (technical support, help desk, or IT services)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a customer-facing IT environment
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
