Customer Service Representative CSR

Job Title: Customer Support Executive - CSR

Working Hours: 50 Hours Weekly

Location: Gulberg III, Lahore.

Salary Range: 80,000 - 90,000 PKR + KPI Allowance

Benefits: Medical Insurance, Annual Bonus, Annual Leaves

Job Duties

  • Oversee UK operations from the Lahore communication center (24x7 operations)
  • Respond to client queries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, etc
  • Coordinate and schedule staff shifts
  • Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operational support

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: A-Level or Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with a UK-based company or international call center in an operations role is mandatory (sales experience will not be considered).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with a UK-based security company will be an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work both day and night shifts on a rotational basis.

English Communication:

  • Excellent English communication skills (both speaking and writing)
  • Ability to draft professional, error-free emails
  • Minimum English proficiency level: 7/10 (please do not apply if your English communication is not strong)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
