Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Medicare & ACA

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Medicare & ACA campaign.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound calls related to Medicare & ACA
  • Assist customers with basic inquiries and eligibility questions
  • Transfer calls to licensed agents when required
  • Maintain call quality, compliance, and accurate records

Requirements:

  • Good English communication skills
  • Call center or healthcare experience (min: 6 months preferred)
  • Ability to work night shifts

Location: On-site
Shift: Night Shift(7:00pm-4:45am)

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rawalpindi Satellite Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
