Job Description:

We are seeking talented and dedicated Female Staff to join our sales and order management team. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing customer communication through WhatsApp, phone calls, and Shopify, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate with customers via WhatsApp, phone, and Shopify

* Provide detailed information about clothing products, offers, and promotions

* Confirm and process customer orders accurately

* Verify delivery details and coordinate with courier companies for timely dispatch

* Maintain strong follow-up with potential customers to generate sales

* Handle order-related queries efficiently and professionally

Requirements:

* Prior experience in customer dealing, tele-calling, or e-commerce support

* Strong communication and sales skills (verbal and written)

* Familiarity with WhatsApp, social media tools, and Shopify systems

* Knowledge of courier and logistics processes preferred

* Confident, polite, and target-oriented personality
