  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure seamless patient experience.
  • Handle patient registration, insurance verification, and billing inquiries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the privacy of patient information.
  • Resolve patient concerns or escalate to the clinic manager when needed.
  • Collect feedback from patients to improve service delivery.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean and welcoming at all times.
