About the Role

We are hiring a female Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Life Back Taxes campaign.
This is a night-shift, on-site position in Lahore where you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their queries, and promote services through effective up-selling techniques.

The role is ideal for someone who is fluent in English, confident, and passionate about providing excellent customer service in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist clients with inquiries, complaints, and service-related information
• Promote and up-sell company services where applicable
• Maintain accurate call records and perform timely follow-ups
• Work closely with the team to achieve campaign goals and targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Confident, professional, and dependable personality
• Ability to handle high call volumes effectively
• Strong problem-solving and client-handling skills
