We're looking for a dedicated and empathetic "Customer Service Representative" who can handle customer inquiries with professionalism, care, and efficiency. You'll be the first point of contact—ensuring every interaction leaves a positive, lasting impression.

Below are the details:

• Professionally communicate with customers via phone, email, and chats.
• Actively listen and understand customer concerns and needs.
• Provide accurate and timely information on products, pricing, stock availability, and order status.
• Address and resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently and courteously.

Skills & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong command of English—both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Proactive with a strong focus on service excellence.

Working Hours: 9:30 A.M. – 5:30 P.M., Monday to Saturday
