Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Associate to join our on-site team. In this role, you will serve as a vital liaison between Veclar Technologies and our clients. Your responsibilities will focus on ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, nurturing long-term client relationships, and driving satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing timely and professional support
- Work in collaboration with Client Managers to understand client objectives and recommend suitable solutions
- Oversee the complete onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition
- Monitor client performance metrics to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Address client queries efficiently, escalating issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate and updated client information using CRM platforms
- Prepare and deliver performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support overall client success
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and provide actionable insights to enhance client retention and growth
- Meet KPIs related to client satisfaction, retention rates, and account expansion

Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and client management systems
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Self-driven and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Comfortable with night shifts aligned to North American business hours
