customer service representative for Packaging

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the packaging division. This role ensures customer satisfaction by managing orders, resolving inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining accurate records. The CSR will support the sales team and help deliver high-quality packaging solutions efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts and maintain strong relationships through excellent communication and service.
  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of packaging products.
  • Handle inquiries related to pricing, product specifications, lead times, and order status.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide product information, quotations, and recommendations as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Support internal projects such as process improvements and system updates.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate availability or delays to customers.
  • Follow company policies, safety standards, and quality control procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the packaging, manufacturing, or logistics industry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
