Job Title: CSR Intern
Department: Customer Service
Location: Badar Commercial Phase # 5
Reporting To: Customer Service Supervisor / Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service logs.
- Support the team in managing customer service tickets and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and other departments for customer-related concerns.
- Provide product/service information to customers professionally.
- Assist in preparing daily/weekly customer service reports.
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction by ensuring timely service delivery.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the customer service team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles.
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
