Job Title: CSR Intern

Department: Customer Service
Location: Badar Commercial Phase # 5
Reporting To: Customer Service Supervisor / Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service logs.
  • Support the team in managing customer service tickets and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with operations, sales, and other departments for customer-related concerns.
  • Provide product/service information to customers professionally.
  • Assist in preparing daily/weekly customer service reports.
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction by ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the customer service team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles.
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
