Duties

- Assist customers with product information and sales inquiries

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs

Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to type efficiently
- Familiarity with office procedures and computerized systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
