Customer Service Representative – Tele Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative – Tele Sales to handle inbound and outbound calls, promote products or services, and deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with sales ability to meet targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Explain products and services clearly, addressing customer needs and objections
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in CRM systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary
  • Adhere to company policies, scripts, and compliance guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve sales performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in tele sales, call center, or customer service is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven sales track record in tele sales or inside sales
  • Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
