Handling delivery problems such as late shipments, damaged goods, lost items, or incorrect orders, and coordinating solutions.
closely with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Managing returns, exchanges, refunds, and freight claims in line with company policies.
Tracking service levels, delivery accuracy, and customer satisfaction; escalating recurring issues when needed.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
