Location: Office Based – Kalma Chowk, Gulberg III, Lahore

Timings: According to UK Timings (Pakistan timings 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm).

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and confident Male Sales Representative with 3 to 5 years of experience with strong UK speaking accent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UK sales, excellent communication skills with a clear British/UK-accented English, and a good understanding of the construction and architectural industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries from UK clients through email and phone communication.
• Respond to client queries professionally and in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about company services to potential and existing clients.
• Should be expert in Cold Calling with handling software and multitasking.
• Assist in generating and managing sales leads.
• Convert customer enquiries into potential sales opportunities.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow up with clients regarding project updates and service progress.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with UK clients.

Requirements:

• Strong spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Ability to handle and respond to customer enquiries professionally.
• Confidence in dealing with international clients, particularly UK clients.
• A UK accent will be considered an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

We also provide performance and target based bonuses and incentives on top of the basic salary.
