Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our investment products and services, building awareness, and convincing them to visit and invest with our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce our investment products.
• Present and explain the company’s services and investment opportunities in a clear, confident manner.
• Answer customer questions and handle objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up to build relationships.
• Schedule meetings and visits for interested clients with our investment advisors.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targets.
• Provide feedback and insights from clients to help improve our offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (investment or financial sector preferred).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English, [and any local language]).
• Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
• Ability to build trust and handle client objections effectively.
• Basic understanding of investment concepts (training will be provided).
