About the Role:

The Customer Service Sales Representative is responsible for identifying customers’ needs, promoting products or services, and providing effective solutions promptly. The role ensures that both quantitative and qualitative objectives are achieved while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone.
  • Present and promote products or services to potential customers.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet customers’ needs.
  • Accurately perform data entry and maintain customer records across various platforms.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of the English language, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
  • Previous sales experience is required.
