Customer Service Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English , with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward solving problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.
• Resolve issues efficiently, escalating more complex cases to the relevant departments as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure follow-ups are completed.
• Support operational teams by relaying customer feedback and assisting in process improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and accurately.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response times, and service quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Experience in warehousing or logistics preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
• Capable to work on rotating night shifts.
• Willing to work on site is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software tools is preferred.
