For a very well known Multinational Company based in Sheikh Zayed, A Customer Service Specialist is urgently needed.
 
    Job Responsibilities:
   
- 
   Act as the main Supply Chain contact, managing all customer communications, new product launches, and operational compliance to ensure excellent service and trust-based relationships.
  
 - 
   Collaborate with internal teams to deliver clear, consistent updates and confirm successful processing of orders while addressing any shortages or requests.
  
 - 
   Ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full by coordinating with order creation, SMS, and logistics teams.
  
 - 
   Track service performance (DR & CCFOT), resolve master data issues and customer complaints, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  
 - 
   Maintain customer fact books and implement supply chain enhancements such as new delivery points and lead-time reduction.
  
 - 
   Manage S&OE cycle and Q0 operations, ensuring monthly sales plans align with supply and sales targets.
  
 - 
   Analyze performance issues and develop root cause analyses with corrective action plans.
  
 
    Job Requirements:
   
- 
   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a must
  
 - 
   Fluency in English
  
 - 
   Young, motivated, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
  
 - 
   Curious and analytical mindset
  
 - 
   Strong Microsoft Office skills is a must
  
 - 
   Programming and data analytics skills are a plus
  
 - 
   SAP experience is a plus
