The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, chat and email, this position is responsible for processing customer orders, providing/receiving information, as well as providing basic customer service support.

Work location: New Cairo, Cairo

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (B2 - C1).
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Flexible with rotational shifts including night and overnight shifts.
• Ready to start immediately .
