💬 About the Role

We’re looking for friendly, confident, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Specialists . You’ll support customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure every interaction ends on a positive note.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering customer inquiries and providing professional support
• Resolving issues calmly, efficiently, and courteously
• Communicating clearly and confidently over the phone
• Ensuring customers feel heard, valued, and supported
• Collaborating with your team to deliver excellent service

• Fluent English (B2/C1 level)
