LOKAL Rooms is looking to hire Customer Service Specialists to manage incoming and outgoing calls, respond to guest questions and concerns, and help create a seamless and satisfying experience. Familiarity with CRM platforms, case handling, and activity monitoring will be essential in your day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls, supporting guests/clients with reservations, information requests, and resolving concerns.
- Provide high-quality service with courtesy, professionalism, and a welcoming approach.
- Accurately document all guest interactions and relevant information in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and refer more complex matters to the relevant department when necessary.
- Stay informed about company offerings, updates, and guidelines to ensure accurate communication with guests.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written communication abilities.
- Prior experience in customer support or a call center environment is preferred.
- Capability to manage a large volume of calls without compromising service standards.
- Enthusiastic, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Work Location: Clifton, Block 9.
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 60.0 per week
