Customer Service Specialist

Required Customer Service Specialist, for a leading company in Abu Dhabi. Candidate must have excellent communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal sales with customer quotations, customer order handling, invoicing & accurate follow up (aftermarket & OEM customers).
• Coordinate internally with different departments and production plants, local and international, with regards to sales activities, shipping, inventory and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree.
• 2 years of experience in an international sales environment ideally within a fact-paced manufacturing organization.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). Any other additional languages are an asset.
• Strong administrative skills: Reporting/follow up/quote preparation etc.
