Customer Service Specialist (Male)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Learners Point Academy. The ideal candidate will serve as the key point of contact between our clients and the organization, ensuring a seamless training experience. You will be responsible for managing client communications, coordinating training logistics, and ensuring that all client requirements are met to achieve successful and efficient onsite training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the organization for all training-related matters.

2. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Academics, and Delivery) to ensure that training needs and requirements are fully understood and met.

3. Oversee the seamless delivery of onsite training sessions, ensuring all client specifications and expectations are adhered to.

4. Communicate with clients regarding training schedules, logistics, and specific requirements before and during training sessions.

5. Coordinate with trainers and other stakeholders to ensure training materials, venue arrangements, and technical setups are prepared in advance.

6. Address and resolve client concerns or issues related to training delivery promptly and professionally.

7. Ensure that post-training evaluations, feedback, and reports are collected, analyzed, and shared with clients.

8. Maintain detailed records of training sessions, client communications, and follow-up actions.

9. Proactively manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

2. Proven experience in customer service, client relationship management, or event coordination, ideally in an educational or corporate training environment.

3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

4. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.

6. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
