Job Overview:
We’re hiring enthusiastic Customer Service Specialists for international voice-based projects. If you're fluent in English and eager to work in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to grow with a leading global team.

Who Should Apply:

• Fresh graduates or students with O/A Levels, Intermediate, or Bachelor’s degree
• Strong command of spoken English (neutral or US accent preferred)
• Willing to work night shifts and in-office (Islamabad)
• Energetic, punctual, and customer-focused

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, delivering effective and timely solutions.
• Establish and nurture strong customer relationships to uphold service excellence.
• Monitor, communicate, and resolve service-related issues efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Consistently ensure the delivery of a superior customer experience, contributing to high Quality Assurance (QA) standards.res

Important Notes:

• This is a voice-based customer service role – strong spoken English is essential
• On-site position only – remote work is not available
• Night shift is mandatory
