Client Acquisition Specialist (CAS)

Job Description:

We are actively seeking enthusiastic and results-focused Client Acquisition Specialists (B2C) from Islamabad/Rawalpindi for immediate placement.

Client Acquisition Specialist is responsible to convert qualified prospects into active, informed investors by clearly articulating US stock market opportunities and guiding clients through our trading platforms and services. This role focuses on new investor engagement, consultative selling, and long-term relationship building to drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients interested in stock market trading and investment opportunities.
  • Proactively generate leads through outbound cold calling and virtual client meetings across the UAE.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their financial background, investment goals and risk appetite.
  • Educate potential clients about the company’s trading platform, broking tools, investment products, account types and key benefits.
  • Clearly explain US stock market opportunities, market trends, potential returns and associated risks in a transparent manner.
  • Guide clients through the complete onboarding process, including KYC documentation, account setup and account funding.
  • Build long-term relationships through regular follow-ups, post-onboarding support and client engagement.
  • Meet monthly targets focused on account funding and ensuring clients actively invest in the stock market.
  • Ability to explain complex financial and trading concepts in a clear, confident and persuasive manner

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (Sales) or a related field
  • 2+ years of client acquisition experience in financial services, stockbroking, or investment advisory
  • Proven track record in cold calling, outbound sales, and closing qualified leads
  • Ability to convert prospects into informed investors in US equity markets
  • Strong CRM usage, lead tracking and follow-up discipline
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Target-driven, metrics-focused and comfortable in high-performance sales environments
  • Resilient, self-motivated and committed to ethical, long-term client relationships
