Job Description:

Emeralds Media is a growing marketing agency, and we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client hunting, lead generation, and bringing new business opportunities to the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and hunt potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and other channels
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Pitch company services to prospective clients professionally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct market research to identify new business trends and opportunities
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales activities

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (fresh candidates with strong communication skills can apply)
• Strong convincing and presentation skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing services will be a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools
