Customer Service Support

We are seeking a Customer Service Support professional to join our packaging wholesale distribution team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, book transports as cost saving, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with clients, coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, and logistics), and ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, managing customer accounts, and supporting day-to-day operations within the distribution process.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in wholesale or distribution

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage orders, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints efficiently

Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Good organizational skills and attention to detail
