Customer Service Trainee

We’re looking for a Customer Service Trainee who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and helping travelers plan memorable experiences. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields.

In this position, you’ll guide customers throughout their journey — from providing accurate travel information to booking arrangements and resolving post-booking concerns. Your focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, building trust, and driving loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming customer calls and provide professional, timely assistance.
• Guide customers step-by-step through the booking process.
• Handle cancellations, refunds, and other changes, ensuring records are accurately updated in the system.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable travel options or packages.
• Follow up with customers to offer support, confirm updates, and ensure satisfaction.
• Address complaints empathetically, offering effective solutions or alternatives.
• Keep customers informed about current promotions, offers, and services.
• Contribute to team performance by working toward first-contact resolution targets.
• Stay updated on company products, policies, and any service-related changes.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a customer service, support, or travel-related role

Must-Have Skills:

• Effective communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work well within a team and handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic understanding of travel services and customer support tools is a plus.
