We are looking for Customer Services and Quality Assurance Lead for our business partner operating in the chemical manufacturing sector.


Job Description:

Providing technical assistance for customer complains, process and product development studies,

Providing quality control service,

Incorporating customer feedback into the process/product development projects,

Being involved in R&D/process/product/market development projects,

Creating synergy by mutually identifying technical needs.


Qualities We Are Looking For;

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering,

Minimum 5 years of experience in customer services, quality assurance, or technical textiles,

Experience in Spinning / Weaving / Knitting / Finishing, preferably technical textiles,

Strong knowledge of flame-retardant textile test standards,

Advanced English (written & spoken),

No restriction to domestic and international travel,

Customer-oriented with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
